2014 – 2016 · Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern
Eine Idee, die wir selbst entwickelt und dreimal in Folge durchgeführt haben: Verheiratete ziehen ihr Hochzeitskleid noch einmal an. Rund fünfzig Paare, ein Gruppenfoto vor der Hofkirche, Apéro auf der Terrasse, Drei-Gang-Menü, Zauberei und eine Liveband. Konzept, Programm, Künstler, Ticketing und Ablauf lagen vollständig bei uns.
2014 – 2016 · Hotel Schweizerhof Lucerne
An idea we developed ourselves and staged three years running: married couples put their wedding clothes back on. Around fifty couples, a group photograph in front of the Hofkirche, an apéro on the terrace, a three-course dinner, magic and a live band. Concept, programme, performers, ticketing and running order were entirely ours.

Une idée que nous avons conçue nous-mêmes et réalisée trois années de suite: des couples mariés remettent leur tenue de mariage. Une cinquantaine de couples, une photo de groupe devant la Hofkirche, un apéritif sur la terrasse, un menu à trois plats, de la magie et un groupe live. Concept, programme, artistes, billetterie et déroulement étaient entièrement de notre ressort.

From the concept through two comparative quotes per service to the cue schedule for speeches, kitchen and service. On the day: guest reception, shuttle, hosting the transitions and running the banquet with the chef de service — afterwards thank-you letters and a cost summary that closes the budget.

Du concept à deux offres comparatives par prestation, jusqu’au plan de conduite pour les discours, la cuisine et le service. Le jour même: accueil des invités, navette, animation des transitions et coordination du banquet — ensuite les remerciements et un récapitulatif des coûts qui clôt le budget.

Beratung, Budget und Programm für einen Abend im engeren Kreis. Die Einladungskarten entwarf unsere Grafikerin, gedruckt wurde in der Schweiz. Am Abend selbst führte Heidi Sommerer durch das Programm.

Advice, budget and programme for an evening among close friends and family. Our graphic designer created the invitations, printed in Switzerland. On the night, Heidi Sommerer hosted the programme herself.

Pressemitteilung zum 3. Luzerner Hochzeitskleiderball, September 2016
«Das hat die Stadt Luzern noch nicht gesehen: so viele Brautpaare, die an der Seepromenade des Schweizerhofquai entlangflanieren. Die Autos hupten, Touristen und Besucher staunten und fotografierten.»
Rund fünfzig Ehepaare schlüpften noch einmal in ihre Festkleider. Vor der Hofkirche entstand ein Gruppenfoto mit allen Paaren und Blumenkindern, Ballone stiegen auf. Es folgten ein Apéro auf der Terrasse des Schweizerhofs, ein serviertes Drei-Gang-Menü mit Unterhaltung durch den Magier «Herr von Luc», eine Glacé-Hochzeitstorte aus einem Obwaldner Bauernhof-Geschäft und zum Tanz die Liveband «The Moody Tunes».

“Lucerne had never seen anything like it: so many bridal couples strolling along the lakeside promenade of the Schweizerhofquai. Cars sounded their horns; tourists and visitors stopped to look and take photographs.”
Around fifty married couples slipped back into their wedding clothes. A group photograph with all the couples and flower children was taken in front of the Hofkirche, and balloons were released. There followed an apéro on the Schweizerhof terrace, a served three-course dinner with entertainment by the magician “Herr von Luc”, an ice-cream wedding cake from an Obwalden farm shop, and dancing to the live band “The Moody Tunes”.

«Lucerne n’avait encore jamais vu cela: autant de couples de mariés flânant le long de la promenade du Schweizerhofquai. Les voitures klaxonnaient, les touristes et les visiteurs s’arrêtaient et photographiaient.»
Une cinquantaine de couples mariés ont remis leur tenue de fête. Une photo de groupe réunissant tous les couples et les enfants d’honneur a été prise devant la Hofkirche, et des ballons ont été lâchés. Ont suivi un apéritif sur la terrasse du Schweizerhof, un menu à trois plats servi avec l’animation du magicien «Herr von Luc», un gâteau de mariage glacé d’une ferme obwaldienne, et le bal avec le groupe «The Moody Tunes».
